The Cougars first beat Dearborn Heights Crestwood 3-1 to start the day. Nolan Batur, Ayden Mell and Cass Puchalski each scored a goal, while Domien Stehmann, Nick Pridoehl and Landen Makowski each had an assist. Jack Keever was the winning goalie.
Then they played to a tough scoreless tie verse host team Warren De La Salle Collegiate 0-0. Tommy Kim earned the shutout for the Cougars.
Cass Puchalski, Nolan Batur, Carson Palmer and Ayden Mell each had a goal as Cougars closed the De La Salle Invite with a 4-2 win over Chippewa Valley. Quentin Ubaydi earned the win in net. Nick Pridoehl played quality defense all tourney in which the Cougars went 2-0-1.
