Join Rochester Garden Club members to learn some helpful information on container gardening. Ever wonder what is meant by "a thriller, fillers and a spiller" for containers? Learn about that garden tip and more during the Rochester Garden Club's "Container Gardening" presentation on June 8th. This discussion will focus on creating and maintaining your own attractive garden container, including soil preparation, selecting and arranging combinations, and guidelines for care.

The Rochester Grangers existed as a base ball club as early as 1871. Vintage base ball is played representing a time period when gentlemen played for leisure and not for competition. You will not see any spitting, sliding, or wagering at these matches! Home matches are played at the Museum and guests should bring their own chairs or blankets, cool drinks, and sun protection.
The Rochester Hills Museum is located at 1005 Van Hoosen Road, off Tienken Road between Rochester and Dequindre Roads.

Come cool off in Stoney Creek with these hands on activity kits! While you splash around, you can use nets, magnifying glasses, bug boxes, and more to learn about the critters that call the creek home. Staff will be on site near the creek with available supplies. Limited kits available on a first come, first serve basis. No registration required. Begins Thursday, June 22.
