Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm to Participate in
BLUE STAR Museums!
Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm is one of more than 2,000 museums across America to offer free admission to military personnel and their families this summer.
The Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm announces its participation in the annual Blue Star Museums, a partnership between the National Endowment for the Arts and Blue Star Families, in collaboration with the Department of Defense and museums across America, offering free admission to the nation’s active-duty military personnel and their families, including National Guard and Reserve.
The 2023 Blue Star Museums program begins on Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 20, 2023 and ends on Labor Day, Monday, September 4, 2023, and ends on Labor Day, Monday, September 4, 2023. A list of participating museums nationwide is available at arts.gov.
Participating Blue Star Museums include children’s museums, art museums, history and science museums, zoos, nature centers, and more. Before planning your visit, please check the museum’s website for current hours and operating status.
