Rochester Hills Woman Dies Today After Early Morning Crash

Rochester Hills, MI – Sep 20, 2022 – A 23-year-old Rochester Hills woman died today from injuries sustained in a single-vehicle crash on Adams Road near Tienken Road in Rochester Hills.

Amanda Marie White was operating a 2020 Jeep Renegade northbound on Adams Road south of Tienken Road at approximately 12:25am today when the crash occurred. The Jeep exited the east side of the roadway, hit an embankment, and became airborne before coming to rest on its side. White was alone in the vehicle.

Emergency personnel from the Rochester Hills Fire Department took White to an area hospital for emergency treatment. She died shortly after 8am

White was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. Alcohol use is suspected to be a factor in the crash. The incident remains under investigation by the Oakland County Sheriff's Office Crash Investigations Unit
