The Rochester Hills Mayor is elected to a four-year term. Current Mayor's term ends November 2023. The Mayor is term-limited and is prohibited from seeking reelection as Mayor after having served two full consecutive terms. However, the Mayor may appear as a write-in candidate at any time.

About the City Council

The Rochester Hills City Council is made up of seven members elected on a nonpartisan basis. Four of the Councilmembers are elected on a district basis, three members are elected at-large. Councilmembers are elected to four year terms. Term limits apply, members can serve no more than two terms for a maximum of eight years.
